Eligible for a Full Refund (Design & Quality Issues)
We stand by the quality and craftsmanship of our products. If your socks have any of the following issues, we will provide a full refund or replacement at no extra cost:
- Design errors (e.g., wrong image placement, incorrect customization details)
- Print issues (e.g., blurry or faded prints, incorrect colors)
- Material defects (e.g., holes, tears, stitching defects)
- Wrong item received
Not Covered Under Refund Policy (User-Related Issues)
Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for issues caused by customer input errors or normal product use, such as:
- Uploading low-quality or blurry images that result in poor print quality
- Incorrect size selection by the customer
- Wear and tear from normal use or improper care
- Change of mind after receiving the product
Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, you may do so before the item has been shipped, and we will issue a full refund. Once the order has been shipped, we cannot cancel it.
